I believe in a conservative government. While I may not always agree with the Republican Party’s policies, I do believe they are closer to my views than the Democratic Party. When asked this question, I usually say Republican.

I was born with a defective gene that stops the production of certain cells in my nervous system. These particular cells are what relays signals from the brain to the muscles. I was born with a normal supply of these cells, and therefore seemed quite normal at birth. However, these cells slowly die off with age. Without these cells being reproduced, fewer and fewer signals make it from the brain to the muscles, and a slow lifetime of atrophy sets in as muscles and skeletal support begins to break down. This genetic disorder is called Spinal Muscular Atrophy Type II. SMA Type I, on the other hand, has a much faster progression and death usually occurs within the first two years.

I believe illegal immigration is a huge problem for the United States. Over the last several decades, the US has become soft in its stance to keep out illegal immigrants. The left somehow believes it’s okay to allow these people in our country, take our jobs, use our healthcare, and not pay taxes. Apparently they don’t realize that this is undermining American society. Not to mention the illegals that come here with the intent of causing terror. I wholeheartedly believe in a wall along our southern border. I believe that existing illegal immigrants should be deported. If they wish to come back, they may do so LEGALLY. I believe children of illegal immigrants that are born in the US should not be allowed to stay simply because they were born here. They are the responsibility of their parents and if their parents are illegal, then so are they.

The left will try to make this sound cruel, but to do anything less, jeopardizes the security of this country.

Abortion is just another word for murder. There is absolutely no justification that can ever be made for murdering anyone, including unborn children.

If a mother has complications with pregnancy in which carrying a child full term would cause the mother’s death, then I believe the child should be taken early with the intention and hope that the child may survive. If after all is done to save the child, it should still die, then it will be just that, an unfortunate death. However, it would not be murder.

If the mother is unprepared to raise a child, and simply doesn’t want to be a mother to the child, then she should bring the child full term and then put him or her up for adoption..

If the mother became pregnant due to rape, then I certainly have sympathy for her situation, but it does not justify murder. The baby should be carried to full term, and then offered up for adoption.

There is so much medical technology devoted to “abortion”. Why not strive to develop technology that will save these babies should they need to be removed at an extremely early age, rather than just murdering them?

Murder is wrong and can never be justified.

I enjoy watching TV and movies just as much as anyone I suppose. During my down time from working, I also like to play classic video games and enjoy spending time with family and friends. I also like reading and studying history and politics.

I voted for Donald Trump in the presidential election, and I believe he is the best president America has had since Ronald Reagan. He sees and recognizes the corruption in Washington, and has a true desire to make things better. He knows the potential that America has and takes very serious his desire to make America great again. He’s an entrepreneur and recognize the importance of capitalism and freedom. I do indeed support President Trump, and I stand behind him as we all should.
